Usage and Dosage
1. This product can control drilling fluid or workover fluid to formation damage. It can inhibit
the hydration ability of shale formation, reduce the filtration loss under high temperature and high pressure.
It can achieve the goal of protecting reservoir.
2. The product can be in sand shale and mud shale micro-fracture formation strong cushion
layer is formed on the wall,improve the strength of the borehole wall, reduce the filter cake permeability.
It have good compatibility with other products.
3. The product can be used in water based drilling fluid and work-over fluid. This chemical
can improve the gelling strength between clay particles, and reduce the filtration loss of drilling fluid.
4. This chemical can be added into water-base drilling fluid directly, to improve the mud
cake quality, reduce the filtration loss under high temperature.
5. This product shouldn’t put in high temperature exposure, Otherwise easy to form
agglomeration phenomenon, but does not affect the product performance.
6. Recommended dosage:3.0 – 5.0 %. , customers can adjust the dosage according to their
actual Situation.
Package and Storage
1. The product is usually kept in cardboard drums, and the net weight of each drum is 25 kg.
Special packages are available based on customers' requirements.
2. The product must be kept in shady, dry and ventilated warehouse. It should be prevented
from sun and rain, and positioned in some place away from heat and fire.
