1. This product is a highly water-soluble red brown free-flowing powder used as fluid loss control agent in the higher temperature and the higher salinity condition.
Usage & Dosage
1. This product can be used into all types of water based drilling fluid.
2. It performs well in salt water (even in saturated salt water) and in the higher temperature (200℃), and is highly compatible with SMC, SMK, SPNH, treatment agent etc.
3. Suggested dosage is3.0-5.0%.
Package
1. The product is usually kept in multi-wall bags with inner polythene layer, and net weight of each bag is 25kg.
2. Every 20-feet container can hold 12-14tons.
Storage
1. The product should be kept in shady, dry and ventilated warehouse where environment temperature is controlled below 122F and relative humidity is under 50%.
2. It should be prevented from sun and rain, and positioned in some place away from heat and fire; the recommendation for bag piles is no more than 8 layers.
3. The expiration period is 12 months.
Safety
1. Avoid contacting with eyes, skin and clothing. Otherwise, wash with a flush of water.
2. Refer to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for complete handling and hazard data.
