Description

1.  This product is highly effective liquid lubricant.

2.  Imparts extreme pressure lubricating properties to the drilling fluids and is stable at any

circulating temperature that may encounter usually in the normal deep well drilling operations

for oil/gas production.

3.  It is environment acceptable in strict areas.

Usage & Dosage

1.  This product can be used in all types of water-based drilling fluid as lubricant. 

2.  Suggested dosage is 1.0-2.0%. 

Package 

1.  The product is usually kept in metal pails and net weight of each pail is 200 kg, special packages are available based on customers’ requirement. 

2.  It should be kept in shady, dry and ventilated warehouse.

3.  Every 20-feet container can hold 16 tons if add the tray.

Storage 

1. The product should be kept in shady, dry and ventilated warehouse where environment temperature is controlled below 122F and relative humidity is under 50%. 

2. It should be prevented from sun and rain, and positioned in some place away from heat and fire; 

3. The expiration period is 12 months. 

Safety

1.  Avoid contacting with eyes, skin and clothing. Otherwise, wash with a flush of water.
